Refund & Return Policy:
- For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which chefmart shipped the incorrect item, or the item is unfit for consumption.
- For foods and perishable items, if any items are damaged or are unfit for consumption, please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day than the box was delivered along with your order number. Our team will assess the item’s condition based on the pictures you sent. If our team concludes that the item is indeed damaged or unfit for consumption we will proceed with a full refund on the mentioned item. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 7-15 days for the refund transfer to be completed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Returns are allowed within 1 days on non-perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which chefmart shipped the incorrect product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.

There will be NO refund on original shipping charges or on return shipping charges, unless we have made an error or incorrect items were sent. Please do not send any returns C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
