Payment policy
- Chefmart currently accepts Cash on delivery, credit/debit card payments from UAE registered banks on-line.
- Credit facilities will be available for business sector and our regular customers
- Please inform us as soon as possible or any changes in credit card details. You can change at My Account on-line or call/email us at any time.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of recipt of payment.
- We use the TELR, a fully PCI compliant third party provider, for retaining and encrypting card information. We do not have access to your card details.
- Your card will automatically be charged for your order either on or the day after your delivery. Request for payment will be submitting to your bank between 24 and 72 hours. We are not responsible for how long the bank takes to process payments.
- In the unfortunate situation that your card issuer has rejected request for payment, we may be obliged to suspend your account until the issue has been resolved.
