Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut off time that is by 1:30 Hours on that time order placed on chefmart.ae in such cases we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Made of Payment
- If you the customer cancel the order www.chefmart.ae shall cancel the order as per your request however the online transaction charges will not be refunded the cost of delivering and re-picking charges will apply if the product has been shipped. www.chefmart.ae will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. www.chefmart.ae has the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.chefmart.ae and accept www.chefmart.ae decision regarding the cancellation.
